How to place an order

 

!IMPORTANT!
Pet car seats can take approximately 2-5 days to make from receipt of payment, excluding the day your order is placed. Other items, as well as large orders, may require additional time.
Items will be dispatched shortly after completion, either through courier delivery or via PUDO locker. We strive to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Upon completion, your order will be sent out. Please note that all items are handcrafted by us, which requires time.
You can pre-order from us. A R100 non-refundable deposit can be made for your order and the rest can be paid when the order is complete and ready to be sent to you. This is to help those that want to order but have to wait for payday. Never miss a sale again ♥

A 20% of total cost cancellation fee will be charged if you have paid for an order and later decide to cancel as the materials would have been bought for you and production started.

You have a few options when placing an order

  1. Name of product/s

  2. Quantity (How many)

  3. Colour/s and material option if options are available

  4. Embroidery if wanted

  5. Cell number (for both us and the courier company in case we need to contact you)

  6. Address (so we can work out a courier or PostNet amount for you).

  • Collections are by appointment only as it’s a private home and not a shop.

When we receive your order, we will send you an invoice with all the details of the order as well as the payment details. You can pay via EFT. If you can only pay by cash, please add R75.00 for bank charges or R20.00 if deposit is made by an ATM. If you would like to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will request PAYFAST to send you an email.
As soon as we have received proof of payment from you, and you have finalized the colour or pattern you want, we add your order to the queue. Making your order can take as long as 21 working days (Mon – Fri). It can also take longer if we are having a sale or you have a very large order.
